Quality policy of LLC “United Confectioners”

Customer satisfaction with the quality of goods, continuous perfection of our work and constant improvements are the base of our quality policy.

Our work is oriented at meeting the following goals:

• Production of high quality confectionery goods that meet national and international safety and quality standards;
• Improvement of qualification, creativity and responsibility of the employees;
• Improvement of the quality control system;
• Construction of the national distribution system.

Achievement of the set goals is done through:

• Technology modernization, application of new equipment, means of atomization and quality control;
• Application of quality control systems on all factories that is  developed in accordance with GOST P ISO 9001-2002 and its continuous improvement; active collaboration with suppliers of raw materials, accessory materials and receipt of quality guarantees on the supplied products;
• Participation of each department of the company and each employee in study and development of quality control methods;
• Precise observance of agreement obligation on the matter of supply dates and product quality;
• Improvement of the Company’s management with respect to progressive means of activity organization and application of flexible organization structure;
• Development and effective use of competitive advantages of the factories that are a part of the confectionery business-complex;
• Improvement of existing motivation statements and creation of the new non material motivation schemes along with social development.

LLC “Untied Confectioners” management undertakes taking necessary measure for introduction of “Quality policy”, its presentation to the employees and its continuous following by all structural departments of LLC “United Confectioners”
